Right to Suspend or Close an Account

- If registration is completed using false or fake information.
- If the user is involved in fraud, deception, or other illegal activities.
- If multiple accounts are operated.
- If the system or bonus policy is abused.
- If the user submits a request to close their own account.
If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with applicable rules; however, active bonuses or bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be cancelled.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
For depositing funds on 7ppp, we support Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The deposit conditions are as follows:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — for each payment method.
- The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawal must be the same.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- Deposit limits depend on the individual limits of the selected payment method.
- A verification process may apply in the case of suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from 7ppp:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Funds derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- A maximum withdrawal limit may apply — contact support for details.
Your withdrawal request may take additional time for security verification. This is a normal process for the protection of your funds.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
7ppp offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. All terms related to this bonus are as follows:
- The welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
- A wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
General Bonus Policy
General rules for all bonuses and promotional offers:
- A new bonus will not be added until the current bonus is fully used or has expired.
- Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
- Funds cannot be transferred or withdrawn before the bonus is converted to a cash balance.
- If abuse of the bonus system is suspected, 7ppp reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- 7ppp reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Each offer has a specific validity period — unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Any bet placed due to a technical error may be cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- 7ppp reserves the right to set betting limits on any market.
- Coordinated betting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
